An EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL FACTORS, HAS AN IMPACT ON MSME PERFORMANCE?

The aims of this study are (1) to analysed external factors consisting aspects government policies, the role related institutions, social, cultural, and economic performance Micro, Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs); (2) internal Human Resources (HR), financial aspects, technical operational as well market marketing in (MSMEs). data collection method uses a questionnaire, research sample is 250 MSME business actors registered at Sidoarjo Regency Trade Office who’s member WhatsApp group. technique by distributing online questionnaires through Data analysis using SEM with smart PLS 3.0 application. results showed that there was significant positive influence on MSMEs; MSMEs
